ROME (Reuters) - There are signs that the worst may be over in the economic crisis, the head of Italian employers' group Confindustria said on Thursday.

"Certainly, the outlook remains complicated but some slight indications have emerged that show we've seen the worst. We can start the difficult path of returning to growth," said Emma Marcegaglia.
