SHANGHAI, April 20 (Reuters) - BMW (BMWG.DE), the world's largest premium car maker, and China's Brilliance Auto, will build a second manufacturing plant in the country, a senior official of the Chinese automaker said on Monday.

Yufei Wan, the chief of Brilliance Auto's international trade unit, also said the two companies planned to increase capacity by 75,000 to 80,000 units by the second half of next year, up from 30,000 now.
