Concurrent Announces Master Purchase Agreement with Cogeco Cable

Canada's Second Largest MSO Chooses MediaHawk(R) Video Solution to Power VOD

ATLANTA, April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Concurrent (Nasdaq: CCUR), a
worldwide leader in video solutions, announced today that Cogeco Cable (TSX:
CCA), a subsidiary of Cogeco, Inc. (TSX: CGO), has signed a Master Purchase
Agreement naming Concurrent the preferred provider for video technology for
Cogeco's on-demand offering in all of Cogeco's Canadian markets.  The
multi-year deal supports expansion and upgrades to Cogeco's existing on-demand
platform, and gives the operator the opportunity to launch a host of new
services to their 400,000 digital subscribers in Quebec and Ontario, including
time-shifted television, network DVR and advanced advertising.

stream demands to alternate resources in order to prevent any interruption of
VOD sessions, providing an unparalleled quality of service to consumers.  The
