Greenbelt Resources Corporation (Pink Sheets: GRCO) announces it has appointed
Ivan Braverman as its Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2009. Ivan
Braverman is an Arizona CPA with nearly 30 years experience in financial
services. Ivan has a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver and is a
Certified Forensic Financial Analyst. Mr. Braverman is registered with the PCAOB
and a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms. He has extensive
audit and income tax experience in public accounting which includes audits of
public companies. Since 1980, Ivan has been the president of Braverman
International, P.C. an Arizona based CPA firm. He also recently served as a
Director and the CFO of Carbon Credits International, Inc., another "green"
company.
