Experienced Executive Focuses On Operational Improvements; Andrew Wilkins
Promoted to Partner
STAMFORD, Conn., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Street Capital, a private
equity firm with a focus on lower middle-market distressed and deep value
investments, announced today that it is strengthening its management team with
the appointment of Timothy Lewis as a Partner. Mr. Lewis has over 15 years of
experience as a manager, interim manager and advisor to middle market
companies and has been involved with the operational and performance
improvement of companies across a broad range of industry sectors, including
manufacturing, distribution, business services and media. Most recently, Mr.
Lewis was a Partner and member of the Management Committee of CRG Partners
Group, a leading turnaround and performance improvement consulting firm.

During his career, Mr. Lewis has held executive positions in operations and
corporate development, including managing multi-plant manufacturing operations
and account teams serving Fortune 500 retailers. Consulting leadership roles
have included interim management for businesses implementing operational
turnarounds and financial advisor for businesses in crisis. Prior to joining
CRG, Mr. Lewis was with TRG, one of its predecessor firms. Prior to that he
was an executive with RHC Spacemaster, where he held divisional leadership
positions and managed corporate restructuring efforts. He also was a
consultant with Keystone Consulting Group, where he led projects to support
clients' profitable growth and restructure underperforming operations.
Mr. Lewis holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Yale University
and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Atlantic Street Capital also announced that Andrew Wilkins, who has been a
Principal of the firm since 2006, was promoted to Partner.
