NexCen Brands Appoints Vice President of Information Technology

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
NexCen Brands, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NEXC) today announced the appointment of Mr.
Gerald Brouillette to the newly created position of Vice President of
Information Technology for NexCen Franchise Management, Inc.
Mr. Brouillette, 46, will be responsible for integrating NexCen Brands` and
NexCen Franchise Management`s information systems, revamping NexCen`s
franchising intranet, standardizing the Point of Sale ("POS") terminal platform
used by franchisees, executing a Unified Merchant and gift card account plan,
and analyzing, developing and implementing new-media based consumer marketing
technologies.

Mr. Brouillette has 20 years of experience in information technology with
expertise across account management, operations, and application development as
well as involvement in a number of franchised operations and global Quick
Service Restaurants. He mostly recently served as Program Manager for the Global
Web Platform Team for The Coca-Cola Company and previously held the positions of
increasing responsibility during his tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, including
Director of Coca-Cola USA Fountain e-Business and Senior Information Systems
Account Manager. Mr. Brouillette holds a B.S. in Information and Computer
Science from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. from Emory University.
