That a $1,000,000 Judgment Previously Obtained Against Them by Ofek Capital
Corp Has Been Set Aside

BOCA RATON, Fla., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- NORMAN OLSHANSKY, Granite Group
Inc., and Bersoti TBF Management Ltd. announce that a judgment obtained
against them by Ofek Capital Corp, announced by way of Ofek's press release
dated March 28, 2008, was set aside on January 2, 2009 by order of Judge
Pollack of the Superior Court of The Province of Ontario.

Norman Olshansky, Granite Group Inc., and Bersoti TBF Management Ltd. believe
the original judgment was improperly obtained by Ofek Capital Corp, and they
deny that they had any involvement in any fraudulent or negligent
misrepresentations as previously alleged by Ofek Capital Corp.

The proceeding, which has been carried under court file no. 04-CV-27508 CM2 in
the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has now been terminated.
