New name represents changes including a newly-renovated course

OKLAHOMA CITY, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Oak Tree Golf Club announced today it
will reopen in July 2009 under a new name, Oak Tree National.

The new name represents updates to the club, including a newly-renovated
course, a teaching facility with state-of-the-art technology and Golf Magazine
Top 100 Teachers in America E. J. Pfister and a higher level of service,
putting the members-only golf club on the path to becoming a
nationally-renowned club.

Oklahoma businessman Ed Evans purchased Oak Tree in 2008 with hopes of
restoring and improving the golf course and bringing national recognition to
the program.

"We are very excited about changes coming to Oak Tree National," Evans said.
"Our vision for the course has finally become a reality, and we can't wait to
share it with our members."

Details about the golf course's new design will be announced in July, in
conjunction with the grand opening of Oak Tree National.

Built in 1974, Oak Tree National previously hosted the 1984 U.S. Amateur, 1988
PGA Championship, 2000 PGA Club Pro Championship and the 2006 Senior PGA
Championship.
