A Visit With Mother Theresa in Calcutta Thirty Years Ago Inspires Dr. Puff,
Clinical Psychologist, to Give Away his Books Free of Charge

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- On a summer research trip to
India while in graduate school, Dr. Robert Puff, a clinical psychologist who
now practices in Newport Beach, was inspired to give back to the world after
visiting Mother Theresa and witnessing her work with the dying.

Dr. Puff said, "Mother Theresa saw God radiate in everyone, which I took to
mean that everyone matters. When helping others, we are really helping
ourselves. I took her example to heart and have made it my life's work to
help others ever since." About 10 years ago, Dr. Puff began giving away his
first book, Anger Work: How to Express Your Anger and Still be Kind, free of
charge to anyone who couldn't afford to purchase it. "For every one book I
sold, I mailed 20 books at no charge to anyone requesting it," he said.

Several years ago, a computer tech person encouraged Dr. Puff to offer his
book online as an e-book. Since then, Dr. Puff has made all of his new
writings available at his web site, www.DoctorPuff.com. "Many people don't
have time to read, so I decided to make all my writings available in
unabridged audio form, and of course for free," said Dr. Puff.

In addition to his book, Anger Work, Dr. Puff has written numerous articles on
topics especially relevant in today's stressful world: Living a Peaceful
Life, Raising Healthy Children and Teenagers, and Creating and Maintaining a
Healthy Living Environment. Each of these articles is available in both
e-book and unabridged audio recording format at www.DoctorPuff.com.

As an ongoing effort to serve others, Dr. Puff is working on numerous new
projects, including e-books and audio recordings. For instance, he is
currently writing an article about the importance of incorporating meditation
into our lives. "Mother Theresa gave of herself throughout her life, and I
plan on doing the same, God willing," says Dr. Puff.

In the past several years, Dr. Puff has given hundreds of media interviews,
including print and e-magazines, and television and radio talk shows. He may
be reached at: 714-337-4889 (cell phone), or DrPuff@DoctorPuff.com (e-mail).
