nCircle Announces Continued Revenue Growth, Profitability and Expansion into
Latin America

SAN FRANCISCO, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- nCircle, the leader in automated
security and compliance auditing solutions, today announced revenue growth of
33% year over year for the quarter ending March 31, 2009. The results mark the
company's third consecutive quarter of profitability and kicks off the
company's eighth consecutive year of revenue growth. nCircle grew in all
regions during Q1, most notably in its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
region with 235% growth year over year. nCircle also announced that it is
expanding its global footprint with new partners signed in Latin America.
