and CEO of Heritage Financial Corporation ("Company") (Nasdaq: HFWA) today
announced that the Company has scheduled a telephone conference call to
discuss first quarter 2009 earnings at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time on Thursday,
April 30th, 2009. It is anticipated that the company will release its
earnings for the first quarter 2009 on Wednesday, April 29, 2009.
