E.H. Pechan & Associates, Inc., Awarded EPA Clean Air Markets Division Support Contract

SPRINGFIELD, Va.--(Business Wire)--
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded E.H. Pechan & Associates a
new contract to provide technical, analytical, IT, and communications support
primarily to the Clean Air Markets Division within the Office of Atmospheric
Programs. The five-year contract, entitled "Mission Support for Clean Air
Markets and Related Environmental Programs" has a potential value of over $36
million.

Quarles Associates, Inc.

This contract award marks the efforts of a strategic mentor-protege program put
in place last fall between Pechan and Astegic Inc. Astegic's CEO, Ria Ramnani
