Tech Council of Maryland to Name "STEM Educator of the Year"

Winner Will Be Announced at TCM`s 21st Annual Dinner and Awards Gala May 14th
ROCKVILLE, Md.--(Business Wire)--
The Tech Council of Maryland (TCM) is adding STEM Educator of the Year to its
prestigious technology awards line-up. The honor recognizes a classroom teacher
for extraordinary achievement in K-12 education in science, technology,
engineering and math (STEM), and in preparing students to use and contribute to
tomorrow`s technologies. 

The STEM Educator of the Year will be announced at TCM`s 21st Annual Dinner and
Tech Awards Celebration May 14, 2009 from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm at the Bethesda
North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Known as Maryland`s Best Night of
Networking, the TCM Tech Awards brings together more than 900 leaders from
technology, biotech, government and academia to honor the best and brightest of
their peers.
