Home-Based Travel Agent Wins New Saturn Hybrid Car in look to book(R) Fall
Sweepstakes

MINNEAPOLIS, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert King, a home-based travel agent
for Travel & Transport of Omaha, Neb., recently won a new Saturn Vue hybrid
sedan as the grand prize winner in the fall look to book(R) travel agent
loyalty program sweepstakes from Carlson Hotels Worldwide.

King has been a look to book travel agent loyalty program member since 1995.
He calls look to book "an incredible program," adding, "The ability to book
Carlson Hotels properties around the world and earn points is just terrific,
and the awards are obviously pretty good! Also, the satisfaction among our
clients who stay at Carlson Hotels properties is very high." King has earned
and redeemed more than 2.4 million points during his travel agency career.

"I never dreamed I'd win something like this," said King, a home-based agent
for Travel & Transport since 2006. "When I was first contacted, I was
skeptical. But once I received the paperwork, I realized, 'Hey, I've really
won!'"

"For nearly two decades, look to book has provided Carlson Hotels' travel
agency partners with a variety of ways to turn their hard work into valuable
rewards," says said Heather Passe, vice president, Customer Relationship
Marketing, Carlson Hotels Worldwide.

Travel agency professionals can also participate in Carlson Hotels' recently
extended promotion, The Big Bonus Event, simply by booking their clients - via
the Global Distribution System (GDS) or online through a Carlson Hotels
Worldwide hotel brand Web site - for a stay at any of the 1,000 Carlson Hotels
Worldwide properties. Agents who book clients during the Big Bonus Event
period will earn 15 points for every U.S. dollar spent on consumed hotel
bookings, a 50 percent increase from the customary reward of 10 points per
dollar. The Big Bonus Event promotion is open to look to book members
worldwide through the summer.

All five Carlson Hotels Worldwide brands, spanning luxury to economy,
participate in the look to book travel agency loyalty program, including
Regent(R) Hotels & Resorts (regenthotels.com); Radisson(R) Hotel & Resorts
(radisson.com); Park Plaza(R) Hotels & Resorts (parkplaza.com); Country Inns &
Suites By Carlson(SM) (countryinns.com); and Park Inn(R) (parkinn.com).

Agents can redeem look to book points for a variety of awards ranging from
hotel stays to airline miles to prepaid cards that can be used to purchase a
variety of products and services. U.S.-based look to book members can also
redeem points for retail gift cards from Target, Home Depot, Toys 'R' Us,
Pottery Barn and more. Additional details are available at looktobook.com.

Carlson Hotels launched look to book in 1992. Today, the patented online
incentive program is recognized as the industry leader among travel agent
loyalty programs.
