Fresh & Easy Introduces ONEHOPE Sauvignon Blanc Wine for Earth Day

For every bottle sold, a tree will be planted in areas devastated by wildfires

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market
is making it even easier for customers to feel good about what they buy,
especially on Earth DayApril 22nd, with the introduction of its new ONEHOPE
Sauvignon Blanc Wine.  50% of ONEHOPE's profits will be donated to American
Forests, a nonprofit organization that plants trees across the US for
environmental restoration.  This means that for every bottle sold, American
Forests will plant a tree in areas devastated by wildfires.  

This wine is a unique blend created by Fresh & Easy with California's Sonoma
Wine Company using sustainable winegrowing practices.  The winery is a member
of the Sonoma County Green Business Program and the Wine Institute's
Sustainable Winegrowing Program.

Fresh & Easy's ONEHOPE Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious crisp dry white with
flavors of passion fruit and guava.  It's medium-bodied, smooth and pairs
perfectly with pasta.  It has a long length and a very refreshing finish. 
Fresh & Easy's Master of Wine, Phil Reedman, worked closely with ONEHOPE
Winemaker David Elliot, to create this blend. The wine retails for $9.99 per
bottle. 

Fresh & Easy offers 70 exclusive wines, which were blended with the help of
Reedman.  The company has won over 60 awards for these wines including two
that retail for under $3. The company carries nearly 200 wines, many which
retail for under $10 per bottle.
