Test Equipment and Widening MediaFLO Ecosystem --

Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), a leading developer and innovator of advanced
wireless technologies, products and services, has licensed its FLO(TM)

ProTV and other FLO Forum members, we demonstrate our commitment to providing
an open mobile broadcast platform that offers choice and flexibility."

broadcast network experience across numerous customers and countries," said
Anders Kjempff, director of sales and marketing at ProTelevison. "Combining
this domain expertise with a superior mobile broadcast technology such as
MediaFLO will provide transmitter and test equipment companies the highest
quality products for their mobile TV infrastructure decisions."
