UniCredit plans 3-yr euro benchmark bond- IFR

LONDON, April 20 (Reuters) - UniCredit SpA (CRDI.MI) plans to issue a three-year euro benchmark senior bond, IFR reported on Monday.

Guidance is set at mid-swaps plus 190 to 200 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Calyon, Goldman Sachs and UniCredit itself are managing the deal, IFR said.

UniCredit is rated A by Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings and Aa3 by Moody's Investors Service. (Reporting by Jane Baird; Editing by David Holmes)
