Information update as of 00:15 ADT from Kent Woodside, Vice President and
General Manager, CanJet Airlines

HALIFAX, April 20 /PRNewswire/ - A CanJet aircraft carrying passengers from
Flight 918 in Jamaica has arrived at Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
More than 40 of the 182 passengers were among those on board Flight 918 at the
time of the incident yesterday.
CanJet representatives were available to offer assistance to passengers as
they arrived. The RCMP had earlier offered counseling services for those who
may require support.
The crew from Flight 918 have also returned on a separate flight which landed
in Halifax late last night. CanJet has activated an internal employee
assistance program for all CanJet employees, including the crew from Flight
918.
The crew were positive but understandably very tired and emotional. At the
request of the RCMP, the crew will be made available to give statements later
today. For the time being, the crew is respectfully declining media
interviews.
CanJet has now deactivated the information line for family and relatives, but
information updates will still be provided on our website at www.canjet.com.
