MIAMI (Reuters) - Veteran wide receiver Torry Holt has signed a contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team said on Monday.

Terms of the contract were not announced by the Jaguars but a report on the Florida Times-Union website (www.jacksonville.com) said Holt had agreed to a three-year contract worth $13 million that could rise to $20 million with incentives.

The base salary of $4 million for the coming season was guaranteed, the newspaper said.

Holt, a seven-time All-Pro selection, played for the St Louis Rams for 10 years. The 32-year-old ranks 11th in NFL play in receptions (869) and 14th in receiving yards (12,660).
