Increo Solutions today launched Backboard (www.getbackboard.com) out of public
beta with a host of new features that bring productivity enhancements to the
company`s web-based collaborative feedback tool. For workgroups large and small
Backboard automates and simplifies the process of getting feedback, edits and
approval on documents, presentations, spreadsheets, images, as well as website
design and content.

New features to Backboard announced in conjunction with today`s launch include
powerful productivity enhancements, including new Microsoft Office and Apple
iWork Plug-ins, real-time feedback and text highlighting. The Microsoft Office
and Apple iWork plug-ins for Backboard allow users to create Backboards directly
from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and iWork Pages, Keynote and Numbers.

Additional workgroup productivity gains are realized through Backboard`s new
real-time feature that allows feedback and comments to be shared with team
members instantly. This real-time feedback capability is also useful for the
exchange of "live" feedback and comments during conference calls. Unlike screen
sharing or typical web conferencing, there is no need for conference
participants to download any software to get started.

participating on the Backboard at the same time, new feedback appears in real
