BEIJING, April 29 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Digital TV Holding Co. Ltd.
("China Digital TV") (NYSE: STV), the leading provider of conditional access
systems to China's rapidly growing digital television market, today announced
it will report its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31,
2009, after the U.S. market closes on Tuesday, May 12, 2009. The Company will
hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time
