Richard C. Marcus Joins First Insight's Board of Directors

today announced that Richard C. Marcus has joined its Board of Directors. Mr.
Marcus, a senior advisor at Peter J. Solomon Company, a leading independent
investment banking firm, is a director of 7 Billion People, Inc. and My Wines
Direct. He spent 28 years with Neiman Marcus as CEO from 1979 to 1988. Mr.
Marcus has been on several retail boards including Waterworks, Lands End,
Michael's Stores, and Zale Corporation. He has devoted considerable time as an
advisor and investor in several early stage companies that built new
businesses through the Internet, including XcelleNet, Totality, Novo, and
7thOnline.
