Heritage Media Subsidiary Inks Agreement with HolograFX; Deal to Provide Prime
Video Billboard Locations Throughout the U.S.

CALGARY, Canada., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heritage Media
Corporation (Pink Sheets: HMCP) today announced that its North American
operating subsidiary, Screen Giant Media Corporation, has entered into an
agreement with Arizona-based HolograFX, Inc., to secure as many as several
hundred prime locations for LED digital video billboard placements throughout
the U.S.

The deal could lead to Screen Giant generating significant revenue through the
selling of advertising on these programmable, full-motion video displays.
Advertising revenue generated on a per annum basis for each location should
provide exceptional returns on initial capital invested.
