Patrick Murray to Lead Real Estate Management Services for Colliers International

Murray Brings Twenty-Seven Years of Diverse Property Management Experience
WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Colliers International has tapped Patrick Murray to grow its Real Estate
Management Services arm. As a managing partner and senior vice president, Mr.
Murray will be responsible for Colliers` current portfolio of 14.5 million
square feet of retail, office and industrial/flex properties located throughout
California and Nevada. Murray comes to Colliers International from McMorgan &
Company LLC, where he served as senior vice president, head of asset management
in the company`s San Francisco headquarters.

Mr. Murray has more than 27 years of diverse commercial real estate experience
including asset management, property management, acquisitions, dispositions,
leasing, development and distressed asset redevelopment. Prior to joining
Colliers International, Murray spent 16 years with McMorgan & Company, LLC, a
San Francisco-based investment firm, with oversight of a national portfolio of
real estate assets valued in excess of $1.6 billion. Prior to joining McMorgan &
Company, Murray spent 7 years at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco where his
team was the recipient of BOMA`s "Building of the Year" award.
