Trip Davis Named Chairman of hotelicopter

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- hotelicopter, the new hotel
search engine, today announced that Trip Davis, Co-Founder and Chairman of TRX
(Nasdaq: TRXI), has been appointed non-executive Chairman of hotelicopter,
effective immediately.

Trip earned a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Darden School at
