Restructuring and Bankruptcy Expert Perry Mandarino Joins PricewaterhouseCoopers' U.S. Restructuring and Recovery Practice Mandarino brings over 20 years of experience to PwC's growing restructuring business NEW YORK, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) today announced that Perry Mandarino has joined the firm's U.S. Restructuring and Recovery practice as a partner and will serve on the leadership team along with PwC partners Paul Ellis and Cyrus Pardiwala. PwC's Restructuring and Recovery practice offers fully integrated financial and operational services to help clients find practical solutions to complex operating issues, develop strategies to improve profit and cash flow and maximize value for stakeholders. Mr. Mandarino brings deep restructuring and bankruptcy sector experience to the practice. He has assisted companies in the negotiation, development and implementation of Plans of Reorganization, and has a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy industry experience, including retail, distribution, communications, business services, manufacturing, healthcare, construction and real estate companies. Mr. Mandarino previously served as a senior managing director of Traxi, LLC, as a managing director in restructuring at the investment bank Berenson Minella & Co., and a partner in the Global Corporate Finance-Corporate Restructuring Group of Arthur Andersen LLP.
