MIAMI, FL, Apr 29 (MARKET WIRE) --
Pizza Patron, the premier Latin pizza brand, has opened the first two of
its 12 stores in a development agreement with Latitude Partners Florida,
LLC.

The first store opened April 13 in Miami and the second April 27 in
Hialeah. Both have received an enthusiastic response from the community
with large turn-outs and many repeat customers.

"We've been here seven days, and some customers have been here five out of
the seven days," said Daniel Feldsberg of Latitude Partners. "Denis
Contreras, one of the store managers, told me one man said to him, 'my
kids won't eat anything else, and my wife hasn't cooked in five days!'"

Feldsberg said they will spotlight each store with a grand opening event
within the next few weeks. He said they plan to open the remaining ten
stores over the next two years to better serve the Miami and Fort
Lauderdale areas.

"Our goal from the beginning has been to create a distinctly Latin
experience at our stores which makes us unique from any other brand," said
Andrew Gamm, director of Brand Development for Pizza Patron. "Until now,
most of our Hispanic customers had roots in Mexico, but in Miami, the
Latino demographic is primarily composed of Caribbean, Central and South
American descent. Pizza Patron has been, and always will be, about
celebrating the Latin life no matter where your roots take you."

Feldsberg said the new Pizza Patron locations are tailored to the
community's local Latin culture. Team members are a part of the very
community they serve, which creates a warm and comfortable environment,
and makes locals feel right at home immediately.

"We hope to eventually have restaurants located in every Latin community
across the U.S," said Antonio Swad, founder of Pizza Patron Inc. "Our
entrance into the South Florida market is an important step in achieving
that goal."

About Pizza Patron -- Pizza Patron was founded by Antonio Swad in 1986.
Since franchising began in March 2003, the brand has grown from four
locations in Dallas to 88 locations in six states, with more than 40
additional stores under development. Pizza Patron features festive,
Latin-influenced pizza stores that are community-based in Spanish-speaking
or predominately Hispanic neighborhoods. Since 2006, Pizza Patron has
expanded its menu to include new items such as Patron Dips(TM), Fiesta
Wings(TM), BreadStix(TM), QuesoStix(TM) and Churros. In addition, they
successfully rolled-out their LISTA-NOW READY(TM) pizza program
nationally. The carry-out pizza chain also features a variety of
different store models including DINE-IN, RAPIDITO(TM) (airports/malls),
TIENDITA(TM) (portable mini-store extension) and their QSP(TM) (Quick
Service Pizza) drive-thru concept. All pizza dough is made fresh
throughout the evening; no preservatives are added or needed. The sauce
is prepared fresh in the stores from crushed Roma tomatoes and marinated
with a secret blend of herbs and spices. Only 100 percent mozzarella
cheese is used on all pizzas. X-Large pizzas are offered at prices as low
as $6 for cheese and one topping and $4 for the same medium AMIGO
PIZZA(TM). An X-Large 'La Patrona' deluxe pizza with everything is priced
as low as $8.
