CINCINNATI--(Business Wire)-- Optimistic options speculators centered on CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS) on Tuesday, as Americans become more anxious about the swine flu. According to data from WhatsTrading.com, the pharmacy concern saw nearly 13,250 calls cross the tape - 4.5 times its average daily volume of fewer than 3,000 contracts. Most popular was the stock's May 30 call, which saw almost 5,000 contracts change hands. However, the 32.50 strike remains home to peak call open interest in the front-month series, with about 18,800 contracts in residence.
