ST. LOUIS, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- James Bullard, president of the Federal
Reserve Bank of St. Louis, will address the annual meeting of the Arkansas
Bankers Association on Friday, May 1, at approximately 8:45 a.m. CDT at the
