TUCSON, AZ and OVERLAND PARK, KS, Apr 29 (MARKET WIRE)
--
Anything Brands Online, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ANYT) announced today its
myFreightWorld division has entered into a four-year agreement with
Headhaul.com to provide Information Technology and back office services.
The arrangement is expected to produce revenues in excess of $15,000,000
for 2009.

Mike Head, President of ABOL and myFreightWorld, commented, "Headhaul was
a start up operation that began in 2007 as an agent selling the mFW suite
of services. myFreightWorld has provided IT and back office services for
Headhaul.com since its infancy and has partnered with them as they have
developed a unique set of services and grown their revenue base to a
current annual run rate of $10,000,000. Existing contracts are expected to
more than double revenues before the end of the year. In the process they
have developed a process we refer to as a 'Lead Logistics Provider' that
we feel will have application for our entire customer base. This agreement
solidifies our relationship and will allow us to jointly market this
process to the Transportation Community."

Headhaul.com President Josh Wheeler commented, "myFreightWorld is a large
reason that Headhaul.com has been able to endure the trials that face a
startup logistics company, we are very pleased that myFreightWorld is
willing to take our relationship to the next level as we enter into the
growth phase of our company. Utilization of their infrastructure allows us
the opportunity to conserve our cash by not making capital expenditures in
IT and still maintaining control over the service level we provide our
customers."
