Colorado Chick-fil-A Restaurants Honor Educators with FREE Chick-n-Strips

COLORADO SPRINGS, Col., April 29 /PRNewswire/ --
WHAT: All Chick-fil-A(R) restaurants in Colorado are honoring educators
On Teacher Appreciation Day, May 5. Educators who show their
school identification will receive free Chick-fil-A(R)
Chick-n-Strips (three-count) at any area restaurant from 10:30
a.m. to the restaurant's close.
"As the school year comes to a close, we wanted to honor those in
the education system who tirelessly commit themselves to the
teaching of our local students," said Jill Quarles, Chick-fil-A
Marketing Consultant. "As a small token of our appreciation,
we're thanking them for their efforts with free Chick-n-Strips!"
This market's participation in Teacher Appreciation Day is part of
a long-standing tradition of the Chick-fil-A chain's commitment to
education. The company has awarded nearly $25 million in
scholarship awards to nearly 25,000 Chick-fil-A team members since
the inception of the Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholarship 35 years
ago. Despite the economic downturn, the chain's commitment to
helping its team members remains unchanged with plans to award
more than $1.4 million in $1,000 scholarships this year.
