control programs), Hungary and Poland (training of multidisciplinary QI teams
and national surveillance), Colombia (reduction in C-section infections using QI
interventions), Russia (national infection control training initiative and
center-specific interventions), Ukraine (hospital assessments and microbiology
laboratory capacity), Mexico, (use of QI methods to prevent pediatric nosocomial
infection) and the Philippines (infection prevention collaborative and a
clinical trial of interventions to reduce antibiotic resistance in academic
NICUs).

Dr. Donald Goldmann is a graduate of Harvard Medical School. He completed an
internship, residency, and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. He
served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer of the Centers for Disease
Control.

"I am looking forward to working with other members of the Scientific Advisory
Board on Ygiene, which has very interesting and promising properties," said Dr.
Goldmann. "Based on my experience in combating hospital infections, we certainly
need compounds with sporicidal activity."

Dr. Andrew Kielbania, Chief Scientist for BioNeutral Group, Inc. stated "The
addition of Dr. Goldmann to our Scientific Advisory Board is an important step

healthcare arena, Dr. Goldmann will provide us invaluable insight as we launch
our new products into the healthcare market."

"We are extremely pleased to welcome Dr. Goldmann as the newest member of our
multi-talented and highly credentialed advisory board. He brings with him many
years of hands on expert field experience both at the CDC level and from
numerous third world countries where the greatest threat of a pandemic would
originate. I am confident that he will bring tremendous added value to our
already ground breaking technology platforms," said Stephen J. Browand,
President and CEO of BioNeutral Group, Inc.
