  TORONTO, ONTARIO, Apr 29 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Stanley Mourin ("Mourin") and Mourin Investments Corp. ("MIC"), a company
controlled by Mourin, announce that on April 28, 2009 MIC purchased
766,334 common shares in the capital of Western Troy Capital Resources
Inc. ("Western Troy") which represents approximately 3.9% of the total
currently issued and outstanding common shares of Western Troy. Upon
completion of the acquisition, Mourin and MIC will hold an aggregate of
4,429,927 common shares of Western Troy which represents an approximately
23% interest Western Troy on a non-diluted basis.

    The securities held by the Mourin and MIC referred to above are held for
investment purposes only. These investments will be reviewed on a
continuing basis and holdings may be increased or decreased in the
future, depending on economic or market conditions or matters relating to
Western Troy.
