LAS VEGAS, NV, Apr 29 (MARKET WIRE) --
Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (FRANKFURT: 4LQ), producers of
the world's most powerful water pumping windmill, is moving forward on
many fronts.

Dakshidin Corporation is pleased to announce that it has joined into a
strategic alliance agreement with the Panamanian eco-firm, Green Energy
and Water Project Developments Inc. This prestigious group should prove
to be instrumental in increasing Dakshidin's exposure globally. In the
business of setting up wind and water pumping farms world-wide, Green
Energy also represents a captured market for Dakshidin/RESTEC's products.

Coming directly on the heels of Dakshidin Corporation's "open challenge,"
this adds further credence to Dakshidin's statement that they do in fact
have the most powerful windmill of type in existence today. "For the
record and as of this date, our challenge has not yet been accepted by
any other windmill company in the world," said Nicholas (Nick) Laroche,
CEO of Dakshidin Corporation.

As yet another feather in their cap, Dakshidin's wholly owned subsidiary,
RESTEC International, has now received the patent pending status for their
latest wind turbine technology; one that is purported to be able to
further increase the efficiency of their existing technology by a large
margin and is designed to be adaptable for use not only on the engineered
Mark 10E wind turbine and the next generation RESTEC turbine currently
under development but also ALL other types of turbines currently in
deployment around the world regardless of manufacturer. This is
considered to be a major technological breakthrough.

About us: Dakshidin Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary,
RESTEC International Inc., are producers of the world's most powerful
pumping windmill. Throughout the world, especially in developing
countries, there is a dire need for water to fulfill basic human
self-sufficiency demands. In most cases, the problem is not the lack of
available water, but the cost and reliability of obtaining it. The RESTEC
water-pumping Windmill is a renewable, cost-effective and environmentally
friendly solution for the world's water crisis.
