(Nasdaq:OMNI) ("OMNI" or the "Company") announced today that it has scheduled
its annual shareholder meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 10:00
AM, central daylight time, for shareholders of record as of April 14, 2009. The
meeting will be held at the corporate offices of the Company at 4500 N.E.
Evangeline Thruway, Carencro, LA.
