Head N.V. Announces the Filing of Its Dutch Financial Report 2008 and the Timing
of the Announcements for the Annual General Meeting

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, April 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Head N.V.
(Vienna:HEAD) (Pink Sheets:HEDYY), a leading global manufacturer and marketer of
sports equipment, announced today that it filed its Dutch Financial Report for
the year ended 31st December 2008 with the Authority for Financial Markets in
the Netherlands (AFM) and the Vienna Stock Exchange (VSE), a copy of the
Financial Report is also available on our web site (www.head.com). On the 5th
May 2009, Head N.V. will publish its convocation giving details of its Annual
General Meeting to be held on the 28th May 2009 in a national newspaper in both
the Netherlands and Austria. The convocation and supporting documents will also
be available on our website on the 5th May 2009.
