announce the introduction of their long awaited Inner City division
offering home owners an opportunity to now build their dream home in one
of Calgary's many developed communities.

While the company focus continues to be on the luxury market in Calgary's
estate communities, the requests have continued to flow in from new home
buyers inquiring if Albi would build infill homes. Based on the market
demand as well as Albi's history of success in the past in inner city
communities such as Altadore, Elbow Park, Lake Bonavista and Rosscarrock,
the decision was made to develop a team and a focus towards this very
innovative and unique market opportunity.
