HarrisMartin's Chinese Drywall Litigation Conference Brings Together
Attorneys, Insurers, and Scientists for First-Ever Gathering June 4-5 in
Orlando, Fla.

ORLANDO, Fla., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- HarrisMartin Publishing has solidified
plans for the first-ever nationwide conference on Chinese Drywall Litigation,
taking place June 4 and 5 at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes Hotel in
Orlando, Fla.

The program's agenda, which features a balanced faculty to present topics
covering all legal, scientific and insurance-related aspects of Chinese
drywall litigation, has been posted at www.harrismartin.com. Those interested
in attending can visit the site to register securely and easily online, or
call (800) 496-4319 to register by phone. A $100 early registration discount
is available until Friday, May 1.

Co-chairing the event are Daniel K. Bryson of Lewis & Roberts in Raleigh,
N.C., and Robert V. Fitzsimmons of Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell in Miami, Fla.,
who have assembled a program that will address -- for the first time --
critical legal, scientific and coverage-related developments that continue to
emerge in the wake of recent court filings over allegedly defective imported
drywall.

Highlights of the program include: The Legal Liability of the Parties,
including a discussion of the parties involved in current litigation; Dealing
with Property Damage and Potential Health Effects and the types of damages
that may be expected; Insurance Considerations, with a focus on whether
policies will cover the claims and, if so, how much insurance is available and
how the claims will be valued; A History of the Chinese Drywall Problem and
facts about how many people and homes are affected by the product; The Science
of Drywall, how it can be repaired and whether it presents a health risk;
Class Actions and how they will be managed by counsel and the courts; and
Legal Liability of Foreign Corporations, including critical issues to consider
when litigating against an overseas company.

Additionally, the conference will spotlight the latest Viewpoints from the
Experts, who will address toxicology, government standards, exposure pathways
and the historical and rapidly emerging data on potential health effects of
imported drywall.

For a complete description of each session and the faculty members who will be
presenting them, please visit www.harrismartin.com.

Registration includes access to all sessions, conference materials and
coursebook, two continental breakfasts, all refreshment breaks, lunch on June
4, and a networking cocktail reception, also on the evening of June 4.

Registrants will also receive a complimentary copy of HarrisMartin's latest
monthly news report HarrisMartin's Chinese Drywall Litigation Report, which
will be unveiled at the conference.
