Czech Komercni CEO Goutard to step down

PRAGUE, April 29 (Reuters) - Czech Komercni Banka (BKOMsp.PR) Chairman and Chief Executive Laurent Goutard will step down as of Sept. 10 to take a new position within the bank's mother group of Societe Generale (SOGN.PA) in France, Komercni said on Wednesday.

The bank, which posted a 6.9 percent growth in net profit in the fourth quarter to 3.29 billion crowns ($163 million), said it would announce the new chief executive within several weeks. (Reporting by Jan Lopatka)
