MOSCOW, April 29 (Reuters) - Russia will not fine Ukraine for importing less gas than agreed in January, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday. "The volume of fines that Russian could have exacted from Ukraine for non-use of gas ... was $2 billion. These sanctions will not be imposed," Putin told reporters.
