PHOENIX--(Business Wire)--
Hughes-Calihan Konica Minolta, Inc. (HCKM)(www.hc-km.com) and Trans-West Network
Solutions (TWNS) (www.twns.com) partner to joint market each other`s Managed IT
Services and Telecommunications solutions.

The joint relationship will provide HCKM`s clients and new prospects with the
ability to include a Voice-over-IP or legacy PBX system as part of their managed
IT services. Similarly, Trans-West Network Solutions will offer its clients and
new prospects a managed IT services option.

HCKM offers sophisticated equipment for virtually every critical office
application, from copying systems and imaging to facilities management and
managed IT services. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, HCKM supports
business networks and end users across the U.S. Konica Minolta Business
Solutions USA, Inc. acquired Hughes-Calihan, a family-owned Arizona business for
nearly 90 years, in November 2007.

"We welcome the chance to partner with Trans-West. It`s a terrific opportunity,"
said Peter Calihan, President of HCKM. "Our current customers will benefit
tremendously from the strategic advantages offered by Trans-West`s solutions. As
a network infrastructure provider, we already assist with the support of
numerous traditional and VoIP telephone solutions. Clients frequently ask for
guidance on voice and data systems and, with Trans-West, we may now confidently
recommend the leading solutions and service available. At the same time, we hope
to attract new customers with a more varied, comprehensive service offering. Our
goal remains to be the trusted advisor to our customers in as many aspects of
their business as possible."

Both HCKM and Trans-West provide excellent, nationally recognized customer
service in a technology marketplace increasingly commoditized. Despite
impressive growth, both organizations offer 24x7x365 sales and technical
support.

Established in 1981, Trans-West is a privately held, Phoenix-based
telecommunications company with more than 8,000 customers across the U.S. As the
largest Mitel/Inter-tel dealer in Arizona, Trans-West has also been named one of
Mitel`s Top 5 resellers in North America.

TWNS offers a variety of communications platforms, including VoIP phone systems,
traditional PBX, call center solutions, voice recognition applications,
videoconferencing, call accounting, digital video surveillance, audio web
conferencing and more.

"We are truly excited to embrace our partnership with HCKM as it allows both
entities to bring our existing clients and prospects total solutions for all of
their technology needs," said Herbert C. Rosen, President of Trans-West.
