LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Following are the top 10 films at the North American box office for the three-day weekend beginning on May 1, led by the new release "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," according to studio estimates compiled on Sunday by Reuters.

3 (1) Obsessed ...................... $12.2 million

"X-Men Origins: Wolverine" was released by Twentieth Century Fox, a unit of News Corp.

"Obsessed" was released by Screen Gems, a division of Sony Corp's Columbia Pictures.

"Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" as made by New Line Cinema and "17 Again" was released by Warner Bros. Pictures. Both are units of Time Warner Inc.

"State of Play" was released by Universal Pictures, a unit of General Electric Co's NBC Universal. Universal also distributed "Fighting," which was produced by Rogue Pictures, a unit of closely held Relativity Media.

"The Soloist" was produced by closely held DreamWorks SKG, and "Monsters vs. Aliens" by DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. Both were distributed by Viacom Inc's Paramount Pictures.

"Earth" was produced by Walt Disney Co's nascent Disneynature Films. "Hannah Montana: The Movie" was released by Walt Disney Pictures.
