Activu Completes Net-Centric Information Display System at Lockheed Martin's
Global Sustainment Command Center, Supporting The U.S. Military FASI-G Program

DENVILLE, N.J., May 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Activu Corporation completed
the design and build of a multi-location distributed information display
system at Lockheed Martin's new Global Sustainment Command Center, in
Columbus, Ohio, serving the FASI-G (Fleet Automotive Support Initiative -
Global) contract for logistics and sustainment support for U.S. military
land-based vehicles. The Activu display system provides dynamic information
display and sharing across six locations within the facility utilizing the
facility's network to create connectivity.

Taking real-time information from around the world, Lockheed Martin's supply
chain management activities are enhanced with the Activu system, which, as a
network-based solution, enables personnel to access and display various types
of information derived from a range of systems: multiple data applications,
video sources such as NTSC TV, HDTV, satellite tuners and DVD, as well as
guest computers. Personnel in the main Command Center can dynamically compile
and share integrated information views with those in a conference room,
helping to provide awareness of current events and assist with an efficient
response.

A large display wall composed of a 2x6 matrix of 50 inch Mitsubishi MegaView
rear access DLP projection cubes was installed in the Command Center, along
with 40 inch, 46 inch and 65 inch panels from NEC and Sharp installed in other
locations. A ceiling-mounted front screen 1080P projector in a conference
room is controlled by a wireless tablet Compaq PC. In addition to the display
technology, Activu provided an audio playback system and wireless microphone,
all of which can be controlled by Activu software.
