Allstate Corp sells $1 bln notes in 2 parts - IFR

NEW YORK May 11 (Reuters) - Allstate Corp (ALL.N) on Monday sold $1 billion notes in a two-part sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The offering included $300 million in five-year notes priced to yield 420 basis points over U.S. Treasuries and $700 million in 10-year notes priced to yield 430 basis points over Treasuries.

The joint book managers on the sale were Barclays, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
