Ecosphere Technologies Signs Joint Marketing Agreement With SAIC

  STUART, FL, May 11 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ESPH), a diversified water
engineering and services company, announces today that it has signed an
agreement with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to
jointly market Ecosphere's technology to the oil & gas industry.

    Ecosphere will work closely with SAIC to offer its technology and services
to SAIC's customers operating in the energy business to treat and recycle
their wastewater, reduce completion costs, reduce CO2 and methane
emissions, and preserve vital water resources.
