Offering Expands Omtool's Document Capture and Routing Capabilities with
Autonomy iManage WorkSite

today announced the acquisition of the iImage™ Suite of imaging products for
Autonomy iManage (formerly Interwoven) WorkSite from DocAuto, a provider of
software solutions for Autonomy iManage WorkSite. Omtool will assume ongoing
sales, support, and maintenance of these products within the existing DocAuto
customer base. 

This acquisition will expand the offerings of Omtool`s support team who provide
service to Omtool's acclaimed AccuRoute product line that streamlines the
