China Ritar Power Announces Conference Call to Discuss First Quarter Fiscal
2009 Results

SHENZHEN, China, May 11 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Ritar Power
Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRTP) ("China Ritar" or the "Company"), a leading
Chinese manufacturer of lead acid batteries, today announced that it will
conduct a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, May 18, 2009 to
discuss the first quarter fiscal 2009 results.
    Joining Mr. Jiada Hu, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Ritar,
will be Mr. Shengzhong Peng, Board Secretary of China Ritar.
