NORTHAMPTON, MA, May 11 (MARKET WIRE) --
Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) announced today that it is
launching a new effort to educate prospective students about the
company's exciting Somatics Professional Training Program. Starting
today, the company will begin featuring "Trainee Profiles," which
showcase the successes people obtain when they attend the Training
Program.
The Profiles, published on the company's website, will offer brief case
studies from students and graduates of Somatic Systems' Professional
Training Program, describing the ways in which the training program has
benefited them. Several Profiles will highlight how much or how quickly
students recouped their investment of tuition. The Professional Training
Program is Somatic Systems' highest priced service, but is considered to
be of great value: At $12,000 per student, it offers a complete career
retraining (or can serve as a supplement to an existing healthcare
practice or other career) at a price much lower than most other similar
or lesser opportunities -- and it does so in the $90 billion per year and
growing industry of pain management.
"In today's tough economic times, some are naturally hesitant to leap into
a new endeavor. However, it is exactly in these times that Somatic
Systems' Professional Training Program is a stronger value than ever,"
stated CEO Steven Aronstein. "Professionals, aspiring professionals, those
seeking career changes, and even those looking to supplement their current
situations who have attended our program know this well, and we are
pleased to be able to share their stories of success with others who
could also benefit from our Professional Training." The company has
recently been working to increase the value of their career training
further, through television coverage as well as work with the US military
towards providing pain care services and obtaining coverage by Tricare
military health insurance, which covers over 70 million soldiers,
veterans, and families.
The Trainee Profiles section can be found on the website starting today,
at http://somatics.org/training/profiles.
The first Profile features David Bilyeu, a professional Toy Designer who
easily made a successful mid-life career change to Somatics by taking the
Somatic Systems Institute Professional Training. Other students' stories
will follow later this season.
In addition to the relatively detailed Profiles, shorter testimonials from
students about their experience of the quality of Somatic Systems'
Training Program can also be found on the company's website at
http://somatics.org/training/cse/testimonials.
