Crestline Hotels & Resorts Announces the Appointment of Jeremy Allen as
General Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Blacksburg, VA

Opening August 2009

BLACKSBURG, Va., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today
announced the appointment of Jeremy Allen to General Manager for the new
Hilton Garden Inn Blacksburg. The 137 guestroom hotel, located near the
Virginia Tech campus, is in the final phases of construction and is scheduled
to open in late August 2009.

Mr. Allen joins Crestline with more than 13 years of hospitality industry and
management experience. He most recently served as the General Manager for the
Hawthorn Suites in Blacksburg, VA. Prior to that, he held the GM position for
a Hampton Inn in SC and a Sleep Inn in Asheville, NC. Earlier in his hotel
career he held management positions in a Courtyard by Marriott and a Best
Western hotel.

his knowledge of the Blacksburg community, is a tremendous asset for this new
