Twelve Year ICAP Veteran Promoted to Newly Created Position

CHICAGO, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Large-cap value investment manager,
Institutional Capital LLC (ICAP), today announced Paula L. Rogers has been
promoted to the position of president, effective May 6th.

In this newly created position, Rogers will assume oversight responsibility
for all business development, client service and operational areas of ICAP. In
addition, she will remain a member of the firm's investment management
committee, reporting directly to Jerrold K. Senser, ICAP's chief executive
officer and chief investment officer.

"Paula's promotion is in recognition of her 12 years of outstanding service to
ICAP. She has played a critical role in our company's growth over the past
decade and we look forward to her continued contributions in this new
leadership position," said Senser.

With over 28 years of experience, Rogers was with Goldman Sachs, Northern
Trust and Eastman Kodak prior to joining ICAP. She holds an MBA from the
University of Chicago and a BBA from the University of Michigan.

With Rogers' elevation to president, Scott E. Weisenberger has been promoted
to director of Business Development and Client Service. The senior vice
president with ICAP has over 25 years of industry experience, and holds an MBA
from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a BA from the University of
Wisconsin LaCrosse. He will report directly to Rogers in his new role.
